Monster Hunter 4 is a game for the Nintendo 3DS, the second Monster Hunter title on the 3DS after Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and the first game of the fourth generation of the Monster Hunter series. The game was announced at the 2011 Nintendo 3DS Conference. [1] [2] Developed and published by Capcom, it was released September 14, 2013 in Japan, alongside two limited edition Nintendo 3DS XLs. An updated version, known as Monster Hunter 4G, will be released in Japan in October 11, 2014. [8] [9] This version will also be released as Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate in North America and Europe in 2015. [10]
Gameplay[]
Not much is known about the game currently, though it appears the environment is more interactive than previous games, with many more types and levels of destruction. There are also more platforming elements, showing a style similar to action games.
